Dear Long John Silver's,
Recently my boys had a sleepover for their birthdays (even though they aren't on the same day, we do a joint birthday party to save money) and we let them choose where we would get the food for the guests. Of course, my boys love pirates and we had a pirate themed party, so we had to get lots and lots of Long John Silvers. Little did we know how excited the boys would be when my husband pulled up with a van full of Long John Silver's seafood.
The party went swimmingly (lol) and the boys really enjoyed feeding popcorn shrimp to their grandma. The next morning there was still a lot of shrimp and fish that we had left out overnight, the big mistake was encouraging the boys to eat all of that seafood as a contest since it had been sitting out all night.
I don't think we got the smell of sick out of the house for nearly two weeks and grandma had to spend three days in the hospital. But that didn't stop the boys from requesting more Long John Silver's parties with grandma (she's much better now), we have another scheduled for next weekend and I'm certain it will be wonderful.
