Hello!

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a fine employee you have at one of your Greensburg locations.

On Saturday morning, my 14 year old daughter Cassandra and myself traveled to your Greensburg Subway to enjoy some subs before we attended my dad's funeral. Obviously sadness was filling our souls this evening, and one of your employees must have a sixth sense for heartache.

Because upon entering the restaurant he began to slowly hum the tune of "Amazing Grace". At first I thought I was hearing things, but then he began to sing aloud with lyrics. We watched in amazement as he belted out high notes while standing atop the vegetable counter.

After three minutes of watching this talented entertainer he had finished the entire song. Tears filled my eyes and I hugged my daughter tightly. I thanked the kind singer and offered to tip him for his goodwill towards us, but he refused.

My daughter and I have never been very close, but sharing that performance together brought us closer than ever before. On the way home from the viewing we laughed and talked about her classes in school. I was on cloud nine and took her to the mall so she could get a brand new Motorola Razor cell phone. Unfortunately, upon returning her old phone the Verizon tech had discovered she had been sexting with numerous jock-types at her school.
